  • Came in with our pet at 7pm and there was no one else there. We were told the dr would be with us shortly. Two hours later we saw the dr wanted to do labs and X-rays which he said decided and just let the receptionist know ( mind you we are still waiting in the exam room, so we have to go find the receptionist to let them know what we want. When we decided on blood work only he came back into the exam room and had an attitude and asked us about our budget and finances and wanted to know what the problem was. We stayed firm on the blood work after the car salesman routine and were told it would be 10 to 15 min for the labs. An hour an a half later they still have no lab results! We finally left at 11:40pm with only having blood work done for our pet and this is suppose to be a critical care facility! The next morning I took my pet to another vet and he found by opening my pets mouth a string under the tongue that he believes goes into the belly and requested X-rays. The er vet didn't look under the tounge?dont take your pet here they don't know what they are doing! By the way the incompetent doctor who we saw was none other than frank fasanella the same doctor with that has been listed on rip off report and has a been reprimanded by the state of NV. Who employees people like this?! Not people concerned about your animals health! PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!
