  • 5 stars because Shonna is the best. She's always so friendly and does an amazing job every single time. She sees me every month and she remembers me every time. Which is a big deal because I'm sure she sees so many people in between my visits. Definitely very comfortable with her. The front desk staff could use some more training on customer service. I was once put on hold for exactly 9 minutes before she got back to me and never once apologized for the wait. That's just rude to me. Whether it's 30 seconds or longer, you should always apologize for the wait. But..Shonna is the reason I keep coming back. She's definitely the best!!
