| - Went to Fidgets for the first time yesterday because a friend of mine invited us to join them as they were having Princess Poppy from Trolls there. Arrived there a few minutes after 10am and it was already packed, and by the time Poppy came out at 11:00 I'm sure they were well over their capacity limit. So Poppy came out and a line formed for the kids to meet and take a picture with her so I got my kid and got in line for him to meet Poppy. As we're standing there my 3yo says he needs to go potty. So I point to him where it is toward the back of the room and tell him I'll wit in line while he goes. So I watch him go into the bathroom and a few minutes later he starts walking out back toward me, but then gets distracted by some jumbo lego blocks that are lined up next to a wall on his way back to me. In true toddler destructive fashion, he starts knocking them over. I don't think anything of it since they're blocks, stacked up for the kids to play with and that's what kids do, they knock blocks over and stack back up to do again. About a minute later I look over and there's an older man in dress pants and a dress shirt waving his finger in my kids face with a very unpleasant look on his face. Mind you I'm watching from half way across the insanely packed room so I'm unable to hear what the man is saying, but by the look on the mans face and the tears starting to form on my child's face I know it cannot be good. So I make my way over to where they are, by the time I got there my little boy was trying to hide from this man between their little tent and the wall he was so scared. As I'm grabbing my child from his hiding place I ask "is there a problem?" The guy responds, you kid was knocking these blocks over and if another kid walked by they may have been hurt. I informed him that it wasn't right to yell at my child and walked away. I carried my sobbing kid back to the line to meet Poppy and the girl behind me informed me that was the owner of the place. The rest of the time I spent there the man kept giving me dirty looks whenever he walked by. Because this is Vegas I take my kids to indoor play places at least once a week when it's to hot to play outside for long periods of time and I have never once had an experience with an owner or employee like this. My child is not a saint, he needs to be corrected if he's doing something he shouldn't, which owners and employs of play places we frequent often do with no issue. Waving your finger and yelling at a child for playing with blocks was completely inappropriate. If you were so concerned that someone could get hurt, you should have considered that before allowing so many people into your establishment. It's really a shame because they had some fun toys and we recently moved to the southwest part of town. I would have put this place in our indoor play place rotation but after my experience I will never bring my boys back!
