I've tried their bacon, kielbasi, and their pulled pork - everything was delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable. And Jared is super friendly too and always willing to talk to folks about his process and introduce new meats he's working on. Yes, the downside is that they have super-limited hours, but that might be because the owner also works as a chef during his regular work hours. It used to be open only on Sundays afternoons, but they've moved to Saturday afternoons now. Facebook is the best place to check for their latest schedule and to see what on the menu for the week.
