  • First they gave me a cap that was dented, so my coffee ended up spilling all over me and when the lady went to hand me my coffee through the drive-through apparently it spilled on the outside of my car but she didn't tell me so I didn't find out until I got to work. THEN on top of it, I asked for soy milk which I didn't get and I'm lactose intolerance so that was great
