  • Barking dogs, lots of scorpions, and an ever increasing rent to live in this dump. Add to that the new neighbors moving in, and this place becomes louder and more run down every month. It may look pretty when you tour the place prior to move in, but DON'T DO IT! They do not maintain this place. They will never fix anything properly. They do not care if the dogs keep you up all night. They will do landscaping at 6am Saturday and Sunday, if you can call drinking beer and chopping down trees landscaping.
