  • I received a coupon worth $25 off any purchase of $25 or more, combinable with other store offers. The snooty saleswomen at the Chico's in Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, NV would not honor the coupon. I even read all the terms and conditions to them and their response was, "Everything in our store is 30% off, so you can't combine it with your coupon". Their eyes and ears were closed. They never wanted to hear, or adhere to, what was written on their own coupon. I checked with Chico's main customer service office (representative Heather) and the saleswomen were dead wrong. The coupon should have been honored in combination with the store 30% off. These Chico's employees treated me like they were queens and I was their maidservant. I have a closet filled with Chico's clothing but I will never shop there again. They have lost me as a customer.
