  • I came to this CVS location to print some wallet-sized photos. The cost of three sheets of photos was $21! Ridiculous! After I ordered the prints, I saw that the photos did not print automatically and asked the cashier for assistance. She said she was actually from the pharmacy section and couldn't help me, but paged another employee to help. Five minutes later, and still no help. I asked her again if someone could assist me. She knocked on the door next to the photo section in which only employees were allowed, and a man came out to assist me. I explained my pictures weren't printing, and he noticed there wasn't any paper in the printer... 15 minutes later, he came back with some paper- no apology for being so slow or for the inconvenience. When I went to purchase my photos, I had a 40% off coupon from their website, and the cashier said the coupon was for online orders only, but that wasn't stated anywhere on the coupon. Slow service. No apology. Overpriced. Next time, I'm going to Staples.
