  • Upon picking my car up after premium detailing package I noticed water spraying out from under my passenger side console. The water was coming through hoses and was obviously due tampering during the detailing. I took my car back to them, by this point it was completely soaked on the passenger side. I was basically told that it was my responsibility to figure it out, and that the owner would assume zero accountability. I had to take an afternoon of my day to bring it my personal mechanic who discovered almost a litre of dirty car wash water sprayed into an area under the passenger seat! After taking care of that bill, I contacted the owner of Car Pride who still refused to accept responsibility, pay the mechanic bill, or even apologize. Be careful whom you choose to deal with your vehicle, as even high powered washing equipment can do damage in incompetent hands.
