  • Visted there on 03/16/2018 and was amazed that the membership was free. Then I had taken my business license and tax documents and they did not accept them because the tax documents wasn't what they wanted. So I went to the website to do membership and the only thing it said I needed was a current (valid) business license no other documents...so I don't understand why the customer service person said I needed these extra documents to apply for membership. As I read some of the other comments "Yes I have to agree" they do lack in customer service skills and are rude and unprofessional. The location I went to (1477 Helm Drive., Las Vegas, NV 89119) was not orderly either there was things all over the place in the middle of the aisles some of the boxes were torn up and contents hanging out, just a mess! They do have some good deals and items that neither (Sam's Club or Costco) have so that is a plus. The shopping carts they are so raggedy and broken down at this location I struggled with just rolling them through the already a mess aisles. Would I go back....I would just probably for the meats but nothing more or less.
