  • Groupon buyers beware! I bought the extreme detailing package on Groupon. When I went to redeem it, they told me the car was "too dirty" and refused to clean it unless I paid for an "upgrade". Why would anyone bring a perfectly clean car to be detailed? I have no pets or kids, the only "dirt" was some dust on the dashboard and a little bit of winter salt on the floor where my mats don't cover the carpeting completely. I refused to pay and walked right out, I'll be getting a refund from Groupon!
