Rarely do I ever give out one star reviews but the service provided via in-store was terrible I explained to them that I have been experiencing latency issues when playing video games and even a slow internet speed which was unusual. So I requested if I could get a technician sent out and so they sent one out all he did was change one of the cords in the back and so I went back to my computer to test it out and the problem still persists. The technician told me to wait about a week and I should be good. What? When you fix latency issues and slow internet the results are immediate. So I went to live support and requested if I could get another technician, this time it was a supervisor with a trainee which was awesome as I was confident that the supervisor would fix my problem since he spotted it immediately and told me I would be contacted by another supervisor on Monday to see if everything is running smooth. A supervisor did contact me but kept texting me he was at a meeting or helping a customer and never got back to me. So I contacted Cox's 24/7 customer support and requested for someone very experienced as I was tired of having unstable and slow internet for the past week and a half. So a third and very experienced technician scouted all the wires and the ins and outs of my house and it turns out it was a problem with the cables outside my house and so he replaced those and BAM! Next day I had buttery smooth internet and no latency issues when connecting to games. Looks like the saying is true. Third times the charm!
