  • A car accident is never a pleasant experience. However, getting my car fixed at Tom's made what could have been awful a whole lot better! They were able to get my car in the same day I called. Art was sympathetic and helpful. I had the estimate the next day and the insurance approval to do the work in a few days. Art kept me informed during the repair process. When he told me the repairs were a few days from being done, I asked him to repair some trim that was not damaged in the accident. When I picked up the car, he would not accept payment for the trim from me. The car looked great! You would never be able to tell it was in an accident. It was also washed and polished. And even though there was no interior damage, it the was cleaner inside than it has been in years. I would never take a car needing body work anywhere else!
