The manager was very helpful and friendly. She passed me off to an associate. I was going to get three devices but got annoyed that the girl kept leaving as I was filling out paperwork. I had to keep asking her to come back. She never once made eye contact during the transaction. The entire time she kept stopping to reply to personal text messages. She set up the phone and kept telling me I was silly for not getting insurance. She said, "That just is not smart. Not sure what you are thinking." She then finished setting up the phone and gave me everything. I had to ask her what my phone number was and how to pay the bill. If I hadn't needed a cheap work phone I would've left. I hope this isn't how customer service will be all the time.
