  • Beware of this Company. They are dishonest and incompetent with the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have placed hundreds of orders online and Princeton Watches is the worst single transaction I've had. They double charged me. When I called it to their attention, they denied having a transaction with me. Then they said there was no evidence of a double charge, then they said that I had called them to tell them that I had received two travel clocks. In fact, they had called me repeatedly to tell me that they could not deliver the clock when it had in fact already been received. When I gave them written proof of their overcharged, they simply quit communicating. Expect lies and ineptness from Princeton Watches.
