  • I bought a fast pass for their "works" unlimited washes this month. I will not be renewing it for next month. They scratched my driver's side door and said it couldn't have been them because "they have nothing that can scratch a car like that". The day that I bought the pass, I got into my car and it had black foot prints in all of the doorways. I pointed it out to someone and they cleaned it up right away but I shouldn't have to ask the car wash to clean up their own mess before I drive away. Came back in today, and they left bugs left over from my road trip all over the front of my car. I also asked for their strongest scent, as I could not smell it at all the time before, and he said he would do double the scent. Still nothing.
