  • I can't believe this store's been around for 115 years without any renovation.. The inside is like a sauna, covered in overpriced clothes. Considering the ridiculous prices on some of the items, $500+ cashmere sweaters, you would expect some stellar customer service, however it was not even close to the service you get at Harry Rosen or Holts. If you want to look like a middle age Englishman out of a Conan Doyle story, then hurry up this store is closing by the end of 2014. For everyone else with money to burn, you're much better off at Harry Rosen.
