  • Can I give no stars? This place has zero concept for customer service from what I can tell. Called on a Dodge Diesel and set a time to look. Made an appointment for that day then called ahead when we were on the way and she said she would get the truck ready. We were seated and she came in to the cubicle without introducing herself then left immediately to get truck without saying hello or really acknowledging my wife and I. She rushes around and 15 min later tells the truck is outside as she hands us the keys. we go out to find a pretty dirty vehicle with fast food wrappers and cigarette boxes still in doors. Dirt, grime, and pet hair everywhere. The truck was posted online for 4 days at this point. Test drive is good and we note: Front driver side light Pulling to right Chip hood passenger Driver seat wear Detail inside and out Smoke smell Interior headliner punctures Go in to look at numbers they try to tell us accessories are mandatory for the sale. They include theft deterent markings on the windows and lifetime tint coverage for $500 each. They make up some B'S about the benefits. We insist we don't want those and they insist we have to have them. Eventually they take them off the sheet. Other fees like doc fees close to $500. We leave not satisfied with the trade or the condition of the truck and let them know we will look when the items are fixed. Get text next day saying they will give us what we wanted for our trade and we have to agree to buy before they will fix anything. We say we aren't agreeing or signing anything until the items are fixed. She tells us she will see what they say but probably not going to get all of our list. Said "they (sales manager?) have lost interest and someone seems ready to buy it. I'll let you know if they dont". AYFKM! These are basic things that are fixed before a vehicle is sold (or advertised) on any self respecting lot!! We went back with a friend 3 days later to check it out and it was still a disaster. To add to it, she texted us thinking it was her boy friend. She knew nothing about the truck and acted clueless the whole time. I could go on. These are not small issues with this dealer. Steer clear folks and go check out Frank at Autowits if you want to see what excellent customer service looks like.
