  • Updated review: I wound up having to go here for the remainder of my twin pregnancy because it's the only place my insurance covered. There's a young brunette sonographer who was SO sweet! My boyfriend and I loved her. She raved about how cute our boys were, was able to get a profile of our stubborn guy, and even got us some 3D images. The next time we went, we had an older sonographer and she was in and out within 10 minutes, which is great for some people, but we had an hour long appointment booked and hoped that she would try and get some more photos of our babies instead of just getting in and getting out. The ladies in the front were somewhat helpful but would be sitting around having personal conversations with each other while we were waiting in the lobby for a few minutes before calling us up to pay or fill out papers. Original review: The WORST customer service. Was on hold for the "billing department" for close to 40 minutes. When I finally hung up and called back, I was told the billing department left and that the best they could do was send an email. If you see someone on hold, you just leave them there? Absolutely ridiculous!! The receptionist also told me at the beginning of our conversation that she never got a referral from my OB, then says about 5 minutes later that she did. So which story is right? Do not recommend going here if you need your services done quickly. If you like your time wasted, I highly recommend this place
