  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Besides the fact that their managers are rude, their employees are completely uneducated about what they're selling. They also have zero desire to help customers find what they need - I asked if a certain location had a size that I need, they said no, later to find out that they did have the size that I need. On another note, one of the female managers from "Hard equipment" had the audacity to tell me that I was lying about when an item I requested was supposed to arrive to their store - the department manager Alex, who was the only helpful soul in that store told us that our order will be in within the same day, but the female manager below him said I "misunderstood" what he said. Well luckily Alex left a clear voicemail that would be hard to misinterpret. Consumers stay away from this location, the retail service and approach to customer service is terrible. The ONLY reason I bought something from here is because I had a gift card, I will not be returning here again for any sporting goods.
