  • Worst customer service I have experienced in a best buy store I've been to. Went to exchange an item and had to wait for at least 50 min for someone to come and get me a replacement item. I went to the front register to ask for help then customer service desk, then front door employees. And yet it still took them forever to get my item. You won't see me coming to this best buy anymore nor any of my friends and family.
