  • Decided to try Big Bone as it is a bit closer to my house than Memphis and it did not disappoint 75% of the Ribs had more meat on them than I have ever got from Memphis which was great. The Ribs themselves were very smokey flavoured and the sauce here does not seem to be as good as at Memphis but it was still very tasty. Coleslaw and cornbread were comparable.
