  • Bad experience. Unprofessional and rude. Bought a Groupon. Clearly said: choice of paraffin treatment on hands or feet. She wanted to charge $20 extra for feet. I didn't want to complain in the middle of my supposed relaxation so when I shown her the print at the end she says she meant for both. Bull... I even pulled my hands back under the cover and said I don't need that but my feet are dry. Then she pulled a language barrier excuse. I was told tax and tip is not included. Fair enough. I've put $20 on the counter. She grabbed it, took 9 for tax and gave 11 to the practitioner. I told that was a big assumption on her part that I would tip that much aand that she made a very bad business decision. There was a gentleman also in line who was complaining about him being mislead about something else too. The facial was nice but massage was just a rub down, clearly untrained. I particularly did not enjoy the salt exfoliation administered with scratchy plastic gloves. Never go back and highly recommend anyone: Save your money
