rev:text	I stay at the Legacy once a month for a few days and have been doing so for approximately 5 to 6 months on a regular basis. I alway reserve my room on line and every time I do so upon check in the hotel clerk always have a difficult time finding my reservations. They usually find it. I made reservations for June 15 thru the 17th on line like I normally do and got my conformation number for my room. I arrived approximately 3 pm and the hotel clerk could not find my reservations, I explained to her that I have a e-mail conformation and always stay here. She could not find the reservation and told me the hotel was booked solid, some kind of fireman function. I showed her the email and she shook her head and told me she could not do anything. I have a gut feeling that my room reservations were deleted to accommodate the firemen group. I left the hotel with a half ass apology and had to find other accommodations, the Legacy lost my reservation and my business too !
