  • If I could get them negative stars I would. We took our Jeep here to get all new shocks and a full tune up. We had negotiated a fair price of $1200 for all the work involved and dropped off our baby excited to get her back shiny and new. What we found was a scratched up rim, a busted clip on our front bumper and one of the shocks they had put in was leaking copious amounts of fluid. When we brought this to their attention they said they would order a new shock and repair the damages done, which they did. However it took over a month to get in a replacement part for the bad shock, and when the tech pulled it off asked what we had done to it because it was completely blown out. Within hours of picking up our vehicle the first time we noticed a very loud rattle in the front wheel, when we asked about that, he told us that the control arms were bad and needed to be replaced. When we asked why it didn't make noise before he told us it was because the new shocks had settled and now you could hear it. We soon found out this was not true, because after the horrible service we took out Jeep to another mechanic to replace the control arms. Sadly after we had already paid for the parts and the service (another $500) the mechanic pulls my husband over to the vehicle to show him that when they had replaced the shock they had replaced one of the nuts on sway bar link the with a lug nut (as in a lug for a freaking tire) and had completely stripped out the sway bar link, so now we had to replace that. Unless you have an interest in replacing every part of your vehicle and having it treated like it's in a demolition derby do NOT trust these people with your vehicle.
