  • Today was a perfect example of why brick and mortar businesses are closing . I walk in and three sales associates are standing together behind the counter. I stood there a reasonable amount of time hoping to be acknowledged so I could ask a question. Well the one associate was very involved telling the other two a personal story, I know because I had to wait so long, hoping she or one of the other two might ask if they could help me. It never happened so I finally said " may I ask you a question?" The one telling her story looked appalled! I mean the nerve of me asking a question when she was talking! She actually said... "What?" As in why are you bothering me?? When I did get to speak and ask about a product I was looking for she was quick to say no they didn't have it and had no idea where it could even be found(filler for bean bags). I said oh I know where AMAZON. She looked shocked! Fast forward 20 mins and the filler has been ordered from Amazon. BOOM
