  • A grooming scam. I have used my groomer there for years and have been approached to use a recently hired former employee. It was implied she was the best groomer. I was discouraged from keeping a perfectly good groomer whom I have been with for years and knows my animals very well. It has come to my attention that the groomer (Michelle) is being starved out by the owners because she is commission based and the rehire is salary. This has nothing to do with the treatment of the dogs that she has serviced for years, rather the owners want to save money by going salary instead of commission based. For financial gain, does that mean we lose our freedom of choice?
