| - There's not much in the core downtown area for Cantonese desserts. I wasn't sure how to describe it for people who don't know the genre, so I'm reverting to good ol' wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tong_sui
I've ever been in-store, but tried the delivery a couple times. Other than the tofu pudding, all the desserts I've had are great, particularly for my sister and I who both have a sweet tooth. My only qualm with the tofu pudding is the sauce that went with it. It could have been a bit sweeter, but it was very soft, and held together, an important quality in this dessert.
The mango-coconut-sago shake is my favourite drink on the menu, and in my opinion, the best bang-for-buck.
I can't explain how excited I am to have this type of chinese dessert place in the area, and at a reasonable price!
ps. for delivery, there's a $5 charge for orders under $20, so make sure to order with a couple people, or order an extra shake and throw it in the fridge/freezer for tomorrow
