  • Came in just now for a coffin shaped full set. After shaping 2 nails I explained that I wanted them wider so he fixed them. Put acrylic on and I pointed out that 2 nails were more straight then coffin shape. So he "fixed them" and then continued to narrow every other nail as well which were already perfect. When he finished cleaning up before polish he asked if everything was fine and I explained that he thinned them all out when I had asked him not to but it was too late so to just finish them, but he got so mad that he refused to finish them and told me to leave. I woke NEVER be coming here again. If you do make sure you don't like your nails a specific way and will just take whatever they give you. Completely unprofessional
