  • On 8/22, Tom came by my father's house to give an estimate. He did not call ahead as indicated. He left with no word. I called Tom's cell, and he quoted $6,500 to repair the wooden fence. Said he'd email the estimate same day. No email. Called him again 8/29. Said he'd email it. Nothing. I called the main number on their site today, 623-748-9697. It's out of service. At this point, I'm not calling Tom's cell again. Something is very wrong here.
