  • Went in recently with my mother-in-law for mani & pedis. We were treated well and seen promptly but our experience was far from spa-like. It was very clinical, hearing all that was wrong with our hands and feet. We didn't receive massages, just some lotion barely rubbed in. I don't feel the woman who did my treatments was qualified to recommend orthotics because she felt I pronate. Being a nurse, I checked with a podiatrist at work and he laughed at her very poor misdiagnosis. I won't be back.
