  • After three visits, I think I can accurately review this location. It's such a cute concept and I really want to like it but there's too many issues that irk me. The first time I went was Mother's Day so slow service wasn't that surprising. When I returned time 2 and 3 to a fairly light crowd and still had terrible service, not acceptable. It seems like the waitresses job is to take your order, deliver your drinks then hide from you for the rest of the experience. Forget refills, plate takeaway, making sure everything tasted ok, yeah right. I had my toddler with me so we ordered food right away and it came pretty quick. She sat there for a full ten minutes after finishing eating before giving in to her toddler ways so I had to awkwardly stand and hold her while trying to locate my waitress. The hostess situation is a whole other thing. Each time I've been there the hostess is either missing for a long period of time with a line forming out front or seems so flustered and unsure what to do that it's ridiculous. I can't say I've ever felt welcome...more like, "oh you're here, yeah I guess you can come in an eat." A smile goes a long way. I may try again just for my daughter's sake and only when I have loads of time on my hands.
