Ugh... what an awful shopping experience.
The good:
One star for the amazing leather chair we bought for a steal.
One more for efficient, on time delivery.
This was the last stop on a week long mission to furniture our new apartment and the worst experience we had in the 10 plus stores we visited.
Our time spent in the store was so uncomfortable.
We had one saleswoman who literally followed us from exhibit to exhibit as if she were stalking prey in the jungle.
We had two salespeople awkwardly joke fight over who should be helping us.
We had another saleswoman who finally seemed like she was competent enough to offer some insight but then she pawned us off on the most incompetent salesman on the floor to get a bigger commission check.
When we fiiiinally got to check out, we realized they automatically charged us for a 5year protection warranty for the total bill. We only wanted to cover the leather chair so now we have to be sold on keeping it instead of just taking it off and making a quick $2k. it's now 7pm and i'm hangry and the store manager is giving me a schpeal about how i'm going to ruin my night stand and regret that i didn't get the warranty and blah blah blah and another salesperson telling me he'll make 50 extra bucks for the 100 extra i spend (great incentive, bro!). What. Ugh. Such awful service!
Cherry on the sundae was the treat in finance we dealt with when something went wrong with their billing system. She was unapologetically yelling at our sales rep for his incompetencies in front of us. So bazaar.
I would definitely avoid this place if I could help it.
