  • Well, we kept trying and just always felt disappointed. We never formed a great connection with any doctors. Some of the doctors were just fine and others were not great. Grace the PA was lovely and we did like her when we saw her. After an annoying billing issue - being billed a higher amount for a totally normal sick appointment - and being sent home when my toddler had low oxygen levels, only to be called on our way home saying we should go get an X-ray... I decided it was time to leave this practice. It's sad because I went to Mesa Peds as a child and really hoped to have a great experience. Pros: you can almost always get in on the same day for a sick appointment and they are usually on time with appointments. Cons: often really hard to get through on the phones, office is usually very busy and crowded, many of the doctors have VERY different advice regarding the same issue (seemed like no one was on the same page) and we always felt like a number rather than finding a doctor we connected with.
