  • Review for front desk (Sarah) only. :) I have a friend who has been working out of town and staying at this hotel for weeks and I wanted to send her flowers. So I called the hotel and talked to Sarah at the front desk. I explained that I wanted to have flowers delivered but that my friend has a very specific schedule and I didn't want her sleep to be disturbed. Sarah knew exactly who I was talking about and we worked out a plan together to make sure that the flower delivery went off without a hitch. Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty and showed a tremendous amount of concern and care for the people staying at her hotel. Thank you so much for helping me do something nice for my friend. I know it made her day and I could not be more grateful to have been able to work with Sarah. I couldn't have pulled it off without her!
