  • Spencer's has been riding off their reputation for many years. Growing up in this area it was THE place to get appliances. My parents bought everything here. This isn't the same Spenser's. We bought a washer a few years ago and had a rotten experience. I assumed it was a one off and we bought a frig again. Spenser's delivery Didn't even try to install it correctly. We had to google to try to figure out where extra parts went. We called Spencer's and they couldn't have cared less. "It's a warranty issue." Warranty people took a week at a pop but did come out and spent maybe five minutes each time. Each time repairman said what I suspected, if the piece had just been put on when installed like it should have been there would have been no problem.
