Taking the bus is...interesting because you are able to witness a congregation of all sorts of colorful characters. This greyhound station has a few vending machines, restrooms, and seating readily available. There are taxis waiting (um lyft? Uber?) which is reminiscent of a time before smart phone technology.
The customer service is... poor on a good day, but hey you didn't want to spend the money to fly so it is what it is. I've had multiple issues at this location. They are very slow to help anybody so there's no discrimination there.
If I could sum up my entire experience in one sentence it would be "you get what you pay for; take the good with the bad."
Not too many fun or positive experiences.
