  • Beware of this nail salon! Overpriced and poor quality! I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure and less than 72 hours later, my gel manicure was chipped on multiple nails. I went back for them to fix it since I paid way more than I have ever paid at any nail salon in Charlotte. They did fix my nails at no charge; however, when they redid them, the nail technician did not go all the way down to my cuticles so it looked grown out. Also, it chipped again 2 days later. They also have signs in the salon that say the pedicure chairs are for customers getting pedicures only and otherwise you will be charged $1 per minute in the chair.... ummm what?!?! So tacky! There are also signs that say something along the lines of check their prices before you start your service.... this is because it's so overpriced. There was nothing special about this nail salon. This is also the most expensive nail salon that I have been too outside of a spa. Do not go here. Poor quality and also overpriced. I was surprised that when I went that only one other customer was in there on a Friday afternoon, but now I know why. Do not go here!
