I received some spectacular customer service from the Optical Shop of Aspen. I purchased a pair of Oliver Peoples from the now closed location in Boston. Unfortunately, my sunglasses had a manufacturer defect and broke. They were only a few months old and since the shop in Boston (where I live) closed, I was worried I was out of luck. I called this location on a whim and John was so accommodating. He was able to look up my file in their database and said that if I sent my glasses to the store, he would replace them. Joyce took care of shipping them back to me. She called to let me know the status and left me a sweet note in the box. I was without my sunglasses for just a week. John and Joyce really went above and beyond in this situation.
