Today on "Balloon Burst Day", i had a very very bad experience with Cashier Register#7, (Jillian) Transaction#9 and Transaction#10, which was for my layaway (Leupold Scope).
1) Did not go and get it from the holding area to check it first.
2) Did not properly run my discounts 1st and had to ask the Manager Chad (luckily Chad was there) for help.
3) Did not provide me with the correct receipt copy (Debit Transaction) so that i can check vs. the Bank transaction.
4) Took a very very very long time to complete this transaction.
5) Is the worst cashier i have ever dealt with at any outdoor specialty store.
6) Every time i come in Sportsmans Warehouse, i dread doing my transactions with this person, because of her inexperience or inability to properly complete a sales transaction.
7) Should be placed either somewhere else on the floor, in the hidden offices or out of the company. Just does not have what it takes to conduct sales transactions in a company such as this.
8) I have been a customer for quite some time and every time she runs my transactions, something negative happens or there is an error.
9) Should be trained elsewhere in the building. Not good as a cashier.
Sorry but, it is what it is!!!
