Where to begin? I'm a car fanatic and have bought, sold, owned, etc more than 40 vehicles in the last 20 years. After moving to S Florida and dealing with one of the worst dealerships in existence we started to have our Land Rovers serviced a few times in Charlotte during our travels there.
A few weeks ago during a service visit I saw the new 2017 Discovery. Salesman David Ash approached and we started chatting. A week later we were signing papers and driving away with our new Discovery.
There was no haggling - they put forth a proposal, I asked for a specific revision and they agreed. The vehicle was cleaned up, fueled up and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. They stayed late on a Saturday evening to settle out the paperwork so we could head home back to FL on Sunday.
A great company where every single team member speaks to you - even passing each other in the parking lot! They've definitely mastered what the car buying experience should be for a buyer and are rare in their industry.
And we even received a cool thank you gift!!
