| - This company is a complete JOKE!!!!! I am sad to say i actually went out of my ways to create a Yelp account just so i can leave a review on this "flower company" website. Where do i even start, in a nut shell i have ordered twice from them and both times my orders have been cancelled at the last min literally. The first time, i placed an order and was set to be delivered three days later from the day i placed it. They finally got back to me the day of letting me know there was some issue charging the account so they had to cancel the order, now that would have been great to know with time in advance not the same day of! I was excited and hoping to hear back from my gf that day thinking she should have received the flowers at her work by then, but instead check my email later that afternoon only to know they were cancelled. A few days went by in the week and i decided to try it again, maybe there was a glitch in their system that had prevented them from charging my account, so i gave it another chance. SAME THING. I placed the order and a few days went back and heard nothing again until the same day of delivery with another email stating that my order had been cancelled and that they would not be delivering the item! HOW FRUSTRATING !!!!!!! I wasted two weeks trying to do a nice gesture for my gf but was let down both times! I know for a fact its not the card i am using to place the order because i have been using it several times throughout the whole issues. To top it all off, knowing that they had cancelled on me the first time, i went ahead and called this place not once, but FOUR times to ensure that my second order went through this time, I GOT NOTHING, no answer, and yes it was during their "business hours". I even emailed them from the contact link they have in their website, again, NO RESPONSE. I don't know how business like this manage to continue when they do not have a sense of urgency in getting back to their customers and attending to issues or concerns. I was extremely let down by this floral company. I hope you guys don't encounter this issue.
