  • These ladies (and gentleman) came through for me in epic fashion and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Let me start by saying initially there was a communication issue regarding the appointment. The time changed, a call was missed, and they almost didn't show up for our 4pm service...but then, at 5:30pm, they sent a different crew (started as 2 people and ended with 4) and they KILLED IT. I mean, in a major way. They worked until 9pm on a Friday and their work was amazing. My friend's place was an insane mess (I'm talking hair balls, clutter, and layers of dust) and when their crew was finished it SPARKLED. I've never seen it so clean! They were open to one request I had with no hesitation, and the main lady I talked to from the cleaning crew was nice as could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My only constructive criticism is to create a company policy: if there is an appointment and the client doesn't answer their phone to confirm, please show up regardless. Thank you Maria, for your amazing customer service, and thank you SO much to the crew for delivering a gift to my friend that she so desperately needed. You have my referrals all day long.
