  • The absolute worst local business I've come in contact with as a born and raised local. Called on the phone before heading down and got a little attitude but didn't think much of it. For being the cheapest storage around it didn't bother me UNTIL I actually drove down to start renting. I walked in and two jolly looking guys were sitting in their chairs one in the lobby one behind the front desk. Neither of them greeted me NOR did they even look at me or acknowledge me as a human, until I awkwardly said hello, then again silence so I ask if they have any 5x10's available for rent. The guy behind the counter laughs under his breath in a very disrespectful way and then waits to say Yes with a smug tone in his voice. As the other jolly lookin fellow at the end of the office snickers as well. I don't feel like anyone should ever deal with this type of customer service. Especially when you're looking for help with a first time rental. These guys made me feel like I was stupid for opening my mouth and asking about how the process goes. Save yourself frustration and go to the other 15 storage businesses around them.
