  • After 2 unsuccessful attempts to get the internet up & working on my phone calling tech support, I was told I needed to go into the Sprint Store to get my phone so it could be connected to the internet. While I was waiting for the girl to fix it, she told me this was not a repair facility, but she would try and reset everything on my phone...nice. I decided to get out my laptop & get some work done while I was here. I casually asked the sales guy if they had WIFI here. He said they were not a wireless company, but he could sell me a thing for my computer that would connect me anywhere for $59.99 a month & a 2-year contract. He did not say it in a respectful way at all. I was just going to check my email, no thanks. Plus the last time I checked you actually were a wireless company. Then he proceeded to condescendingly tell me that Sprint was a "for profit" company as if I was too dopey to comprehend that fact. I am well aware of that fact every time I get my bill. I then proceeded to listen to the same Sprint employee speak in the same disrespectful way to every customer that came in. For instance, a guy who spoke broken, but decent English didn't remember his pin#. He made the guy produce ID just to let him pay the bill. I did not remember my pin & they just asked me for additional info. This guy didn't even offer to do that for this customer. Oh and in the middle of "servicing" this customer he took an obviously personal phone call...professional. Seeing the way Sprint lets this employee treat their customers was offensive. At least the girl Erin who was helping me was really nice, it was just miserable having to listen to this guy treat people like disrespectfully while I was stuck waiting for my phone. I wanted to tell him he was rude, but I kept my mouth shut since I knew it would be hard to get my phone fixed if they kicked me out of there. In the end, Erin did an awesome job & fixed my problem. She was great, but Sprint loses stars for employing a guy who treats their customers horribly. I've taken my business elsewhere.
