  • I measured all my windows, and sent my measurements to two highly ranked screen contractors for quotes. Imperial's quote was a little lower, and we went forward with them. John was right on time when he came by to take his own measurements, show us the frame color and screen material options, etc. With a small deposit he placed our order, and it took a couple weeks for the screens to come in (I assume April/May is the"high season"). The installer was an experienced contractor who knew what he was doing. Everything looks great, and we can already feel the difference in heat gain - we are looking forward to knocking down our air conditioning costs this summer! As we paid the final balance, John provided paperwork with information filled in, so that we could easily apply for the SRP energy rebate. We see that Imperial receives "5 Stars" from nearly all reviewers, and it is no surprise. John and his installer are both very nice guys and professional in their work. Do not hesitate to give them your business!!
