  • I am disappointed with their lack of basic courtesy. Mike called me with the date and time for our back yard quote. I waited all day and no one came or called. I wasted whole Thursday waiting. I called them on Friday and they were like, well Mike is on vacation so someone got it wrong with your schedule. How can Mike who's on vacation call me on Tuesday to make appointment with me for Thursday. I know things happen and sometimes you can't make the appointment but I believe it's common courtesy to let that waiting person know so they can still go about their day.
