rev:text	AGAIN...... This has been a horrible experience for my disabled mother, who is a resident here. The apartments had a visual appeal that even had me impressed, but that was the only impressive aspect of this community. The manager at the office is a nightmare. She has been unprofessional and " sketchy" and once her boss was called in to address her behavioral/ ethical issues, she started retaliating against my mother. She has asked for money from my mother a few times and offered no paperwork on why my mothered owed this money. Her reasons have went to you were a $1 short four months ago to you owe $50 bc only adults can take out the trash... Yes, you read that correctly. ( Note: my mother is disabled and needs a walker! and doesnt live on the 1st floor) They sent out a memo saying that only adults can take our the trash, no one under 18. Also in another recent memo, anyone under 18 is not allowed outside after 7pm or you will be FINED!! Best part of this is that for the fines (ex: $50 for my 13 year old nephew took out the trash) they must be paid CASH ONLY , NO RECEIPT. Hmm..... sketchy manager lady, really sketchy. Also, when is it okay or professional to call a tenant ( my mother) on a week day at 8pm, when the office is closed and you are at home. I suppose it was okay because you were trying to fine her, again and needed that cash money?? These are just a few MAJOR issues that have arose recently, keep in mind my mother has only lived here a little over 6 months. Other issues: *took almost months to get a mail key, this should have been handed out when she got the keys. Amenities not ready upon move in , no club house or gym, pool not ready. ( they were still building and *safety hazards became an issue later on) for months they only had 1 maintenance guy-- you can image how long it took to get a pipe fixed. ** MANAGEMENT LIKES TO THREATEN WITH EVICTION AT EVERY CHANCE POSSIBLE* Will NOT offer documentation that does not state anything more than " upon your lease agreement, you are to give the office anything they require from you or you will be considered non-compliant.
