  • I was very pleased with the service I recieved from this location! I ordered a huge Edible Arrangement for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day. It was a surprise and my boyfriend had the slightest clue. I anxiously awaited the arrival. ***My boyfriend worked Valentines Day, and I knew I ran the risk of him not recieving the arrangement in the duration of his scheduled hours.*** So.... Valentines Day came and I patiently waited for him to recieve his arrangment (hopefully in-time before he clocked-out)! However, the final hour of his shift was upon us and Nothing yet. I then called this location and told the lady over the phone my situtation. She listened and she made my arrangment next on the list of delieveries. She made it her mission and went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend recieved it in time. And he did! Side note: I know how busy Valentine's Day can be. I knew I ran the risk of not recieving the arrangment before 3pm, because they deliever till 7pm for residential orders (my boyfriend works in a residential area). I should have called earlier that morning to explain my situation... but i was impressed with the sense of priority/urgency they exhibited once they knew he needed it before 3pm. All-in-all, I was impressed by the staff. This location doesn't get enough credit for the orders that went right.
