  • I went to David's Bridal for a bridesmaid's dress alteration appt. My friend's fiance had ordered bridesmaids dress from their website and I found myself still without a dress 3 weeks before the wedding. Since I needed a lot of work done to the dress (being pregnant and all), I was anxious to try on the size I had ordered (2 sizes larger than my normal one). So I decided to drop in and try out a couple of dress with the same neckline and and waistline. When I arrived at the store and explained my situation, the staff were not willing to help with my concerns at all. They simply said, "if your friend bought the dress online, she's not our customer, she's an online customer." What does that even mean anyways???? Aren't they under the same David's Bridal banner??? Finally when I got fed up and told them that I wanted to cancel my alterations appt , did they even "let" me try on bridesmaid's dresses (2!!!). Their big factory mentality and lack of service was appalling. I would never recommend this place to any bride to be.
